Dinner: Little Italy Buffet: Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons Vegetarian Antipasto Platter
Sauteed Fresh Zucchini, Spaghetti and Penne, Marinara and Pesto Cream Sauce Home-Style Meatballs, Chicken Cacciatore, Parmesan Cheese Crisps Breadsticks, Tiramisu Carrot Cake
Choice of Beverage: Assorted Sodas/Bottled Water, Sparkling Punch, Freshly Brewed Iced Tea or Lemonade
June 24
Breakfast: Breakfast Buffet: Sliced Fruit, Mini Croissants, Hash Browns, Crispy Bacon, Scrambled Eggs with Cheddar Cheese Bottle Juices, Coffee and Tea and SHIFT coffee.
Lunch: Chimichurri Flank Steak Sandwich, smoke essence, roasted red peppers, onions and fire-roasted tomato salsa on a baguette. Lunch includes a bag of chips and a choice of one of the following: fresh fruit salad, pasta salad, potato salad, Italian cucumber salad, coleslaw , bar, brownie, seasonal fresh fruit cup, or a large cookie, soft drink, bottled water, or iced tea.
Dinner: “Asian Fusion” includes: Asian Salad, sticky rice, garlic lemon ginger broccoli, vegetable lo mein, cilantro breast of chicken, teriyaki glazed salmon filet, fortune cookies, coconut lemon almond gourmet bar, and more.
June 25
Breakfast: Assorted Muffins Hashbrowns Bacon, Sausage Vegetable Quiche Juice, Cut Fruit, Orange and Apple Juices Coffee, and SHIFT Coffee.
Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Tangy Buffalo Chicken, Bleu Cheese, Tomato, Romaine, Chopped Celery and Fat-Free Ranch in a Carb-Friendly Whole Wheat Wrap. Fruit Cup

Dinner: Dinner on own in downtown Eau Claire.
Breakfast: Breakfast Buffet, Seasonal Sliced Fresh Fruit Assorted Donuts, Breakfast Breads
Bacon, Sausage, Hashbrowns, Mushroom and Spinach Quiche, Bottle Juices ( Orange, Apple, Cranberry) Coffee and SHIFT Coffee.
Lunch: Spicy Italian Baguette: Artisan baguette stacked high with slices of Genoa salami, capicola ham & pepperoni, spiced with chef’s hot pepper mayo. All sandwiches include a bag of chips, Brownie and can of soda or bottled water.
